After many years of friendship inside and outside the kitchen, Javier Goya and Javier Mayor decide to join forces to embark on their own project.
The dream of a restaurant that arose as an answer to a common question “What would the restaurant we would like to eat look like?”.
Without hesitation, his eyes fell on the Barrio de Las Letras, iconic in Madrid gastronomic movement, as well as known for the art and history that its buildings and pavement collect.
In the heart of Letters, they found a space that fit perfectly with that common dream, and after hard work, it was finally a reality and fit like a glove with everything they had imagined. The marriage of his dreams was already tangible and beat harmoniously in this space that would undoubtedly become emblematic in the neighborhood.
This is how TRICICLO was born on July 2, 2013, today it has become the older brother of a group that is made up of more than 50 people and that continues to expand in this effervescent Madrid that we are experiencing.
